Build
Building blocks
Building blocks are the ready-made sections you arrange to create each page — a navigation bar, a list of records, a form, a hero banner, a footer. You place them, arrange them and customize them without writing code.
Placing blocks on a page
Building a page is like stacking sections. Pick a block, add it to the page, and drag to reorder. The same kind of block can be reused across many pages, and each placement keeps its own settings — so a list on one page can look different from a list on another.
Customizing a block
Every block has settings you can adjust — labels, headings, button text, layout options — all editable from the dashboard. Change the wording or the look without touching the underlying design.
Because text is edited separately from layout, the same block can be translated into other languages — see Localization.
Showing your data
Blocks can pull live data straight from your tables. A list block shows your actual records, a detail block shows one record, a form block writes new records back. When your data changes, the block updates automatically — no copy-pasting.
